Careful. All that junk food could cause malnutrition

Usually, most people associate malnutrition with images of malnutritioned children on TV.
That couldn’t be further from the truth. Malnutrition can come in milder forms.

In the UK, the number of hospital patients diagnosed with malnutrition has risen by 44% and a total of 6% of the population is already malnourished with the problem being particularly present with those aged over 65. All linked to the increase in the consumption of fast food and alcohol.

The Solution?
Increasing your intake of fruits, vegetables and water and cutting out high sugar foods and drinks.
