Being summer and all, we’re all probably spending lot more time outdoors than anywhere else. And what goes together better than summer and a good barbecue? Probably nothing.
Here’s how to make a great steak, quickly with minimal ingredients.
About 12 ounces of trimmed steak
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and Black Pepper
Heat your grill to high. Brush the steaks on both sides with oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown (about 4 to 5 minutes). Turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare, 5 to 7 minutes for medium or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well
Transfer the steaks to a cutting board, cover loosely with foil and let it sit 5 minutes before slicing.
